Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll get your project booked in — this is where the fun begins!

3) Day One: Project Walkthrough
When our team arrives on the first day, we’ll review the scope of work with you one more time and go over any important details before getting set up. Most refinishing projects take approximately 4–5 days, depending on the size of the space.

4) The Sanding Process Begins
Concerned about dust? Don’t be! Our sanding equipment is 98% dustless and connected directly to vacuum systems to minimize dust buildup in your home. We carefully sand the floors to remove the existing finish and stain while creating a smooth, level surface.

5) Choosing Your Stain Colour
If you’re planning to stain your floors but aren’t sure which colour to choose, we’ve got you covered. We provide stain samples directly on your hardwood so you can compare tones in your own lighting. We always recommend sitting with the samples overnight, as flooring can look very different throughout the day and evening.

6) Applying the Finish
To complete the transformation, we apply a durable commercial-grade finish in your choice of Satin, Matte, or Semi-Gloss.
