Flooring has been part of our story from the very beginning. We got our start working in the family flooring business at just 14 years old, learning the trade through hands-on experience, hard work, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. What began as a passion for flooring grew into the launch of L&S in 2005 as a subcontracting company built on reliability, skill, and pride in every project.
Over the years, L&S has continued to grow alongside the industry and the communities we serve. After COVID, we expanded beyond installation and refinishing by offering flooring materials directly to our clients, creating a more complete and streamlined experience from selection to installation.
Today, we’re proud to welcome customers into our showroom, where we showcase the brands and products we’ve trusted and loved working with for years. Dennis is very knowledgeable and installed with such precision, matching boards from one room to another. He proved to be patient answering my questions and kept in contact with fast response. House was tidy at the end of the work day. His crew removed/re-installed baseboards and didn’t even have to paint them. No damage. His crew was pleasant to deal with while working in my home. Dennis did an amazing job refinishing our oak floors. It was a difficult project as the original floors had a lot lacquer and wax in them and he had to match the stain and finish to parts of the floor that were not being refinished. The results were excellent! He also came back and re-did areas that didn’t meet his own high standards. We would definitely recommend him.
